Meet Mark

Mark is an experienced litigation lawyer who provides clear, practical advice with a strong commercial focus. He works closely with clients to understand their objectives, assess risks and develop strategies that align with their business interests.
 

With a particular focus on commercial litigation and employment matters, Mark understands the practical and financial implications that disputes can have on businesses. He takes a considered approach to resolving legal issues, whether through negotiation, settlement or court proceedings, with an emphasis on achieving effective and commercially sensible outcomes.

CAREER HISTORY

Mark has more than 20 years’ experience in private practice, including senior associate roles and practice as a barrister. His career has spanned commercial litigation, criminal defence, family law and personal injury law.

 

More recently, his practice has focused on commercial litigation, including contractual disputes, debt recovery and employment matters. His experience at the Queensland Bar informs his approach to advocacy, preparing evidence and developing litigation strategy.
