Meet Julian

Julian is a lawyer practicing in employment, workplace relations, safety, regulatory, professional disciplinary, and criminal defence matters. He acts for employers, government entities, professionals, and individuals across a range of contentious, regulatory, and advisory matters.

 

Julian is known for his personable and straightforward approach and values building good relationships with clients. He understands that legal issues are often stressful and works closely with clients to provide clear and practical advice.

 

Julian has a particular interest in criminal defence, regulatory matters, workplace disputes, and professional disciplinary proceedings, including matters involving investigations, misconduct, and compliance issues. 

 

Outside of work, Julian enjoys sport, travelling, and catching up with mates and family.

CAREER HISTORY

Prior to joining the firm, Julian worked in the Employment & Safety teams at Clayton Utz and Thomson Geer, where he gained experience in workplace relations litigation, regulatory investigations, disciplinary matters, employment disputes, and employment advisory work.

 

He also worked at Holding Redlich in the Workplace Relations & Safety team. During his time, he appeared in courts and tribunals, instructed counsel, and assisted on criminal defence, industrial, regulatory, employer, union, government, and individual matters.
