We are delighted to welcome a new partner and a change of name with highly experienced legal professional Tim Horrell to re-join Creevey Russell Lawyers.
With Mr Horrell back as a new partner, principals Clare Creevey and Dan Creevey have announced the firm has become Creevey Horrell Lawyers.
“Tim first joined the firm as a director in 2009,” said Clare Creevey. “He subsequently established his own firm in Brisbane, Horrell Legal, but has continued consulting to Creevey Russell as a Special Counsel since June, 2020. We are delighted to be welcoming Tim back as a partner.”
A commercial lawyer with experience across agribusiness, property, and wills and estates, Mr Horrell has more than 30 years of legal experience.
“Finding a lawyer of Tim’s calibre and experience is not easy in today’s market,” said Dan Creevey. “We are looking forward to working with him under the Creevey Horrell Lawyers brand to expand our service and offering to clients.”
Mr Horrell said: “It was an easy decision for me and felt a bit like coming home. I have a long history with the firm and am excited to be part of the firm’s evolution as Creevey Horrell Lawyers.”
Admitted as a solicitor in 1996, Tim Horrell has worked continuously in the law for his entire career. He established Horrell Legal in 2010 and he was also a director of Basketball Queensland from 2009-2015.
