Congratulations to Creevey Horrell Principal Clare Creevey who has been recognised by Doyle’s Guide to Leading Lawyers as a 2022 Recommended Lawyer for both Medical Negligence (Plaintiff) and Public Liability (Plaintiff).
Clare has been consistently recognised for her expertise in Medical Negligence (Plaintiff) since 2017, and for Public Liability (Plaintiff) since 2018.
In 2019 and 2021, Clare was also recognised for her work as a Work Injury Compensation Lawyer (Plaintiff) but she has undertaken less of this type of work as she has continued to build her expertise in Family Law and lead the Family Law team at Creevey Horrell.
“My passion is working with individuals who are facing complex claims and situations, whether in compensation claims or family law matters” Clare says. “Supporting clients through these difficult matters and helping them get their lives back on track is the most important part of my job”.
Clare is also a Queensland Law Society Accredited Specialist in Personal Injuries.
The Specialist Accreditation Scheme was established by Queensland Law Society so solicitors have an opportunity to be recognized for their high level of competency and knowledge in their chosen area of legal practice, and as guidance to the public and the profession as to which legal practitioners are truly leaders in their area.
Doyle’s has also recommended Creevey Horrell for Medical Negligence Compensation Law Firm (Plaintiff) again in 2022. This is the sixth consecutive year that the firm has been ranked for its expertise in this area. It is also recommended for Public Liability Compensation Law Firm (Plaintiff) for the fifth consecutive year.
