Tom is a litigator with nearly 15 years’ experience in dispute resolution and personal injuries. He is a Queensland Law Society Accredited Specialist in personal injuries.
Recognised for his detailed knowledge of complex legal issues, Tom has secured numerous victories against large corporations and insurers.
Tom is unrelenting in his pursuit of justice for his clients. He was recently successful in a seven figure claim against a global pharmaceutical giant who had defended the claim for over eight years.
